NFLX, TXN Disappoint, TSLA Earnings Ahead

U.S. stock futures are relatively flat in premarket trading after a record-setting session for the Dow Index ($DJI) powered by strong corporate earnings.

Strong quarterly results given earlier from companies such as Coca-Cola (KO) and 3M (MMM) had powered the Dow Jones Industrial Average to a fresh record high close on Tuesday.

Positive earnings sentiment may take a hit today with Netflix (NFLX) and Texas Instruments (TXN) both down over 6% after posting earnings that disappointed investors.
